
For a meat lover like me, I just can't help but to browse through the best steak houses in Vegas.
I like it medium rare, a little bit juicy and of course, classified as USDA PRIME, if affordable. A little bit of seasoning but don't put any salt, pure salt is what I mean. Drop it in a high heat skillet and let it sizzle to perfection.
I have learned a great deal about cooking steak and finally convinced myself that the best steak house is in "MY HOUSE"
